Besides the visual guidelines provided within the User Guide, we ask that you try to reassemble the chair with a set of specific guidelines in an effort to resolve the issues you are facing. Doing so would spare you the time it would take for a new set of legs to arrive, as reassembly is an inevitable part of the solution.
